It has been over a month since we had a local flood like this on September 23rd and 24th, but today I was flooded with territories to prepare for phone and letter witnessing. I got a lot done, but the whole job is not finished yet. There will be more to do tomorrow. :)
If you don't know the area the pic may not seem to be a flood. However, the normal banks of this little river are buried somewhere under all this water. The best I can say is the rushing water seen in the middle area is about where the banks would normally be. Not that I'm remembering the details in full but I think we got something like 10 inches of water in about 10 hours starting in the afternoon of the 23rd.
